bbtools: These programs were programmed by Brent Beyeler and work fine with vobcopy. The most interesting one is bbdmux. Axel Philipsenburg changed it a little so that it now also accepts a pipe (-) as an imput file and now constructs like these are possible:
vobcopy -t stdout | bbdmux - 0xe0 video.m2v
This will write the video stream (id 0xe0) to the file video.m2v. To see what bbtools can do simply use bbdmux without parameters. (Brents mail regarding bbtools)
Update: "Alfonso" made afew modifications so that bbdmux is able to write files larger than 2GB. Here is the changed file: bbdmux-large.C.
